market by 84.2 percent, while a similar portfolio of Glassdoor’s “Best
Places to Work” outperformed the overall market by 115.6 percent. One of the most important factors to be a
best place to work is culture because it embodies great values and behaviors in
the leaders that run the companies.
Leaders set the culture and the culture runs the company.
