Defining Company Culture


                           






Most companies and leaders focus on strategy, then structure and only about 20% according to the graphic above define their culture on purpose.  The most successful leaders and companies start with corporate culture.  These companies are “Culture-Driven”.

They say a bad plan is better than no plan and a good plan is better than a bad plan.  The best companies have a defined company culture and live it as their main strategy.
